Oliver’s Corner Butcher is a locally owned and operated shop in Great Falls, VA. We provide complete transparency with all of our products so our customers can trace the food all the way from their dinner table to the farm that raised it. Much of our inventory is locally sourced from small independent farms that focus on sustainability without the use of GMO feed, antibiotics, chemicals or hormones. We offer beef, pork, poultry, bison, lamb, wild game, seafood, artisan cheeses and charcuterie. We make our own gourmet sausages in house and offer various prepared foods as well. Our dry aging cabinet allows us to offer our customers specially aged meats for any occasion. Our talented butchers are always ready to provide information about the cuts of meat we offer as well as advice on cooking techniques and preparation.
